You create a "pot," invite your group members, set a target amount, and everyone contributes transparently. All transactions are visible to group members, and you can vote on expenses and manage payouts democratically.

Simply click any "Sign up for Beta" button on our website and fill out the contact form. We'll review your request and send you access details via email. Beta access is currently limited, but we're expanding our user base regularly.

The Pot operates on a freemium model. Basic group financial management features are free, including pot creation, member invitations, and transaction tracking. Premium features like advanced analytics, larger group sizes, and priority support require a subscription. Details about pricing will be shared during the beta phase.

We use bank-level security with 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data. Your financial information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never store banking credentials - all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. Regular security audits ensure your data remains protected.

Only invited members of your specific pot can see that pot's information, including contributions, expenses, and member details. Your personal financial information and other pots remain completely private. We believe in transparency within groups, but total privacy between different groups.

Free accounts support up to 10 members per pot, which works perfectly for most friend groups, families, or small teams. Premium accounts can support larger groups of up to 50 members, ideal for community events, large family gatherings, or workplace initiatives.

Cheffy is our AI assistant that helps you set up the perfect pot for your group's needs. Tell Cheffy about your goal (vacation, rent, gift, etc.), group size, and timeline, and it will suggest optimal contribution amounts, deadlines, and payout structures. Cheffy learns from thousands of successful group financial collaborations to give you the best recommendations.

When expenses need approval or major decisions need to be made, any member can initiate a vote. All pot members receive notifications and can vote yes/no with optional comments. You can set voting thresholds (simple majority, unanimous, etc.) when creating your pot. This ensures democratic decision-making and prevents any single person from controlling group funds.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers (ACH), and popular digital wallets like PayPal and Venmo. International payments are supported through wire transfers and select digital payment platforms. Payment processing fees are transparently displayed before any transaction.

Programmable-Payout lets you set custom rules for how funds are distributed when your pot reaches its goal. You can choose equal splits, contribution-based ratios, or completely custom percentages. For example, if the group wants one person to contribute and everyone splits the payout, or you might send all funds to one person who's booking the vacation for everyone.

You have full control over what happens if your target isn't met. Options include extending the deadline, reducing the goal amount, proceeding with available funds, or refunding all contributions back to members. The group can vote on the best course of action, and all decisions are transparent to everyone involved.
